Living Fit offers a safe and nourishing environment to explore the art of yoga: spiritual awakening, emotional growth, mental focus, and physical health. We offer a well-rounded range of classes daily (Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Fusion) with the belief that each student is unique; all classes are created so students of all levels are able to find their own yogic path in a community of peace and respect.

Vibrational Sound Therapy

Bring mind, body, and spirit into harmony with this ancient healing modality of sound and vibration. Relax on an massage table as Himalayan singing bowls placed directly on or around the body are tapped to create a vibration that instantly brings about relaxation and a natural state of harmony allowing the mind to calm and the body to settle into a deep state of healing. 

We also offer private individual or small group Sound Bath sessions.

Yoga for Body, Mind, and Soul

Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is designed to relieve pain and muscle tension throughout the body. This type of massage is extremely beneficial because it reaches the deepest layers of muscle, fascia, and tendons. Please call in advance for appointment, booking is limited.
