Living Fit offers a safe and nourishing environment to explore the art of yoga: spiritual awakening, emotional growth, mental focus, and physical health. We offer a well-rounded range of classes daily (Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Fusion) with the belief that each student is unique; all classes are created so students of all levels are able to find their own yogic path in a community of peace and respect. 

Yoga for Body, Mind, and Soul

Our studio is located in the beautiful coastal community of Seaside, Oregon.  We can't help but be inspired by the awesome beauty of the the Pacific Ocean...come join us as we ride the wave of our breath, sink into the sands of each moment, and find a practice that salutes the sun within us all!


In this western culture of “more is better” many of us have lost touch with our innate cravings and our innate human intelligence that all creatures are born with. There is a myriad of ways we crave and hunger. We crave love,  belonging, security, connection, creativity and so on. Sometimes we fill those hungers with other things like Facebook, technology, food, alcohol, obsessing, shopping etc. This can make our relationship to ourselves painful, fearful and confused. Leading to feelings of isolation and low self-worth. Sometimes, when we fall into these feelings we get caught in a cycle of addiction, anxiety and depression. Life can become a series of strategies to manage these painful feelings.

There is hope to step out of the cycle. In this workshop we will begin a journey of recovery using yoga, pranayama, mindfulness and essential life skills to re-embody our 360-degree, WHOLE life!
