Gentle Hatha Foundational Yoga: This class breaks down the fundamentals of yoga asana (postures) and the basics of pranayama (breath work). We provide clear instruction and individual assistance so that you may build a solid foundation for a strong practice.  This is a perfect class for those new to yoga, individuals healing from injury, or those seeking a more calming practice.  Come to breathe, move and open your heart.

Level I: A class dedicated to those who have a basic understanding of Surya Namaskara (sun salutations) and beginning yoga poses wanting to slowly build to vinyasa flow. A great class to get back into a yoga practice or to take if you are looking for a regular practice that is gentle yet flowing.

​​​Slow-Flow Evening Class: Release tension from the body and mind as we journey into a slow moving class created to bring the middle of the week to a close with ease and comfort.  In this class we will practice a slow-moving Vinyasa to nourish the body and settle the mind so we can move through the rest of the week refortified and replenished.  Take the time to self-nourish so that whatever responsibilities come your way, you can face with grace and gratitude.  Level 1 class

Saturdays and Sundays

Level I and II: This is an alignment based vinyasa flow class open to those who have been practicing yoga.  Breath and movement are synchronized to build heat, balance the nervous system, and revitalize the body and the mind. Modifications are offered as are more advanced options of asana.


Warm Candlelight Vinyasa Yoga

​A more tranquil approach to traditional Vinyasa flow, our warm candlelight yoga is still a dynamic practice linking breath to movement.  Rejuvenate your natural rhythm & harmony, improve strength & flexibility, dissolve tension & experience a deep sense of well-being that will support you well after the session is over.  Join us as we turn down the lights, turn up the heat (75-80 degrees) as we move through a practice uniting mind, body, & spirit, and infusing our whole being with life-giving energy. (some yoga experience is helpful but we can off modifications of needed). Please note, this is not a restorative yoga class...it is level 2 Vinyasa class

Morning Cup of Yo:Each day we are born again. What we do today is what matters the most--Buddha. Greet the day and salute the sun within us all. In this class we take the energetics of our morning and turn them into a practice that consists of either a vinyasa or Yin (longer holds) practice...more often or not, we use elements of both to awaken our bodies, focus our minds, and let our spirits soar.  This class is a level I and II.  Join us as we paint our day FANTASTIC!

All Living Fit Yoga classes incorporate asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), yogic philosophy and methodology, with an adherence to alignment, safety, and respect to all who enter our studio.  We offer modifications in all classes; however, if you are unsure which class is right for you, call me,  Jeane, at (503)-717-2856 or email me HERE. The goal of all our classes is to offer each and every student a safe and effective practice that enhances their overall health and well-being...and, of course, to share the joy of yoga!  

At this time all of our classes are 60 minutes except for Meditation in Motion, which is a 75 minute class.
