The studio will be CLOSED Saturday, May 30 through Friday, June 5
while we take a little family pause and refresh our evening schedule offerings.

Soulful Saturday Gentle Yoga
🕙 Saturday, June 6 at 10:00 a.m.
☀️ Week of June 8 through June 11
We will offer morning classes only:
8:00 a.m. Morning Cup of Yo (M-Th)
9:30 a.m. Gentle Yoga (M-Th)
🌙 Evening classes will return with a refreshed schedule beginning:
Tuesday, June 16--5:00 pm Gentle Class
Wednesday, June 17—5:00 pm Evening Flow
We are still working on our evening schedule, and more changes may be made.
